You might want to check the election date it's Oct 2015, you have another year, of the Conservitives restrictive Cannabis program, we will have decisions on the constitutionality of the MMPR and issuing of new Personal Production licences by the time the elections happen, the current Cannadian medical Cannabis program will not change for at least 2 years.
