Zacked. If Neom declares a reverse split or a stock split or a stock dividend it will affect all shareholders not just some.
The company doesn't need to increase shares to do a reverse split. A RS takes shares out of the market. No need for increasing the a/s.
If a stock split is declared or even a stock dividend and then down the road NEOM decides they don't want as many o/s they can decide to do a rs. But no matter what happens they can't declare a reverse split for some shareholders and a stock split or stock dividend for other shareholders. It doesn't work that way.
You are a shareholder therefore whichever way NEOM wants to distribute or take back shares you will be involved.
To say you are a shareholder is to say you are long the shares. All shareholders are subject to whatever becomes any other shareholder.
I know you've been waiting a long time for this stock to take off. And for you it has. I don't see why you are frustrated. Being you have owned these shares for years now you of all people should know from research that this sector wasn't going to blossom overnight. Yes, 4 years for new inovations is overnight.
Don't assume just because you've held your shares longer than most that you are due or will recieve special consideration over other shareholders. Unless you have preferred shares you are in the same boat as the rest of the common shareholders.
