George, You have made some great calls over the years and I was wondering what your thoughts were on International Index Funds. I have had a great run with small cap value funds in the past 6 months and I think they are about to top out so I was thinking on moving it to an International Equity Index Fund ( 50% invested in Japan and United Kingdom) or a International Equity Fund or part to an Emerging Markets Fund for the next few months. Its a 401k account so I can only trade it once a month. Any Suggestions?
