In an effort to calm some of my concerns about the recent dilution, I emailed the winner of NewScreen's 2005 New Vision Awards (http://www.newscreen.tv/p_news/f2_Awards_2005.html). The website says they gave out $7500 prize money and they did! See response from winner below. This makes me feel better about holding with VWKM. I'm curious about the newly formed company (New Screen TV) and if your experiences with them have been positive. As an investor in a new and untested company, I'm hoping they are taking care of business and treating the award winning artists like yourself well. Have you had good experiences with the folks there - Mark, Naseem and Eric?

Mark was the point of contact. I got the impression that New Screen was very professional. The real deal. It was a pretty huge honor to win that award based on how many entries they got. And the award money is the most I've ever gotten for a single award. It is a huge boost to the budget of my next film. Very, very useful. I'm most impressed with New Screen.
