They will have used up their cash

As I wrote in the prior report, they won't be able to switch to legal marijuana until federally legal (same issue as MJNA, don'tcha know,) and by that time, they'll likely have used all their cash from the last offerings.

So they'll need to sell more share, creating dilution, which will hurt the share price.

And BTW, they won't be able to sell RSHO, because it will no longer be made from industrial hemp oil, so they'll lose their branding advantage. But even if they do keep the name, they'll still be just another Charlotte's Web-based oil, and there will be other companies, like the Stanley's, with a far longer reputation of making oil from that marijuana/hemp strain.

CannaVest may turn out to be the 3DO Interactive Multiplayer of the cannabis world. Nice idea at first, but the market was already near saturation, with better, cheaper competitors.
