I never said a word about not believing the merger in fact I've barely mentioned it. Nor have I said anything about anything being illegal including prs or false financials.

You just make this stuff up as you go along?

SEC left the door wide open for just about anyone to pr anything they want...Mario Pino...then after a year of them, just put one out saying ignore all the previous news.

I did say the financials are a joke and I certainly have laughed at some of Denny's lines and comments in news simply because I find them funny, or senseless.
