Samsung is a foreign company. Every foreign issue that does not file with the SEC trades on the grey market. There are many different types of securities that trade on the grey market. Every stock starts on the greys before its 211 is approved.

However, OTC issues that get to the greys via suspension are in a class by themselves.

In some ways the grey market is a place where stocks are born and go to die (suspended OTC issues being in the latter).

Tired, diversionary argument.

Samsung is fully reporting on its home exchange. Like all foreign issuers that want access to American investors, it trades on the greys here.

No comparison to suspended penny stocks that go to Greys to die.
