I'm not sure. Haven't been following this for a while. If there is one thing Oii knows it's how to do its make money. They always seem to kill it in the earning department. If you have a medium to long timeframe I don't think you will be disappointed. Wish I could help more.

Stock follows the price of oil, as most energy companies do as well. Company is bleeding personnel to the competition due to low pay, which helps the companies bottom line for now, but not necessarily good in the future.
