I have seen this on many companies got delayed few months in renewal...which is very normal in the real business world.But it is always better to have everything done on time.I guess you have to give priority on the issues on hand ...which one should be done first.

I would think that this isn't a shareholder responsibility. Management has a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders, not the other way around. FWIW

I received PM's, Mails etc to look into this "Great Company", i did, disliked what i found and posted my findings.
