Not only has it already been provided, but you've been referred to it once before. You seem to be confusing the term "evidence" with something stronger. Are you suggesting that absent the investigatory powers that come with legal proceedings, I should be able to establish guilt beyond a reasonable doubt? Or that without such a claim, supporting evidence, circumstantial or otherwise, may not be discussed?
