Exactly MichellesNotes! And I am sure that Vitamin Shoppes and Whole Foods would require such certifications for distributions. But LIVEWIRE's plant has PASSED those certifications... And all the while... we didn't know it... Imagine that! A great use of the cash raised with the extra shares that LVVV used...

Also, think about all the wannabee players in the space, that don't have such certifications.. Suppose you are the owner of a MMJ dispensary... Some company comes to you with THC edibles in the form of a chew, and another company (LIVEWIRE) comes to you also with Certifications... Now, knowing that your business is always under a government microscope... which product would you choose to sell?
