You probably have these information out of the register at clinicaltrials.gov. The end of the studies given is the scheduled end, when the data were put in the database. The records in the database need to be updated by someone, who is in charge of confirming these datas (should be the trustees right now). Therefore, if there was any delay, the later end of the studies is not yet given. But if the studies are well organized, and the trustee keep an eye on them, then the scheduled end might become the definite end.
