Yes, you have mentioned that QSGI has listed 40 employees on their website, but they also said on cc many moons ago they would be getting current with filings.

The site also boats of operating companies, that redirect to dead websites:

...and list Morison Cogen, LLP as their auditors, so I would not put any "stock" into what the sites states.
