I know that prior to the issuance of the 49 million new shares (most of which were dumped on the market causing the huge PPS drop) that company insiders and 4 individual (5% +) shareholders held 60% of the outstanding shares.

60% of the the 24 million+- shares at that point would be roughly 14.5 million shares. With a new OS at 75 million shares that number is reduced to roughly 20% held by Insiders and VC's.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Insiders haven't sold a single share (and would have had prior knowledge of the recent dilution) which means they likely know something we don't.

Insiders are holding shares and options at an average issuance price well above $1.00. Why would they hold tight when they knew the PPS would be crushed by the necessary round of dilutive financing??

We're about to find out

EDIT- For disclosure's sake I bought more .099's Thursday but sold all Friday in the .121 range.
