Yes, there has been manipulation of this stock. It occurred mainly between Jan and Mar of 2013 and appears to have been a coordinated effort by a group of stock pumpers on this board. In addition others used several investment research/recommendation organizations including NBT Equities, Goldman Research and Northland Securities to issue glowing recommendations with what appears to be highly exaggerated future valuations of PLSB. These entities received compensation in the form of cash and stock for their services.
