yes, i would consider fla a fairly populated state but i was also referring to states with actual rec. legalization on the ballot, not med. legalization... living in the pnw i guess i should have specified that a bit clearer because when anyone talks about legalization around here it's all about rec. i have to remember that the rest of country isn't quite as progressive on the issue yet i suppose...

once again though, med. legalization is a step in the right direction but still a bit of a trifle in my opinion.

and to be quite frank, 2016 should be the next big year for mj... as i see it california should legalize then and it wouldn't surprise me if new york followed suit
