Included an any good DD..a well rounded DD would be recent loans taken, when, to who and when they mature don't ya think...so you have a clear picture of what's happening good or bad, and why...or why you feel held down when everything else points north!....
Just my opinion..but some would argue and say it don't know the dynamics
