When the liberal tree huggers get their heads handed to them in Nov. I dont believe there will be the problems with getting the oil flowing in the pipelines. Even if the heavy oil was more damaging to the pipelines they could reinforce the corners or use a more resistant alloy. The need for oil is there and if all hell breaks loose in the middle east it is best to have it available.
