I think Jim chose a pretty good team to carry on his vision-they are young & smart. Not saying that Kathy is the greatest President/Director, but a small company like this couldn't afford to hire the next Bill Gates or Steve Jobs until they have a bunch of contracts, manufacturing pipeline, etc-imo.
