You accurately called the horrific tank job when we were at $.44 and I think a characterization blatantly violating SEC regulations is a bit of a reach. What type of regulations did they break?

Certainly electing not to pay a fee and then getting delisted and not informing their investors was a major fiasco. 90 companies got bounced for not paying the fee and 65 righted the ship right away. It took MCIG longer and they were not forthright in disclosing what happened to their investors.

There you go again Monest. Start another rumor to drive the price down so you can buy back at $.27 again. If you're so confident in your charts why say anything? How about just one shred of evidence that this company has done anything illegal?

If you do know something it would appear the SEC would be in violation of some rule without letting public know and only people like you!
