I’m not sure why people are confused by this. VPLM NEVER SAID THIS. I DID. So there is no reason to ask this on the CC.

People kept trying to say that this deal was taking so long, so therefore things must be going bad. I simply said that maybe there are companies out there that didn’t want to talk to VPLM until all patents were in hand. I don’t know if that is true or not. If it is true and I could see some companies doing this, that would mean it has only been 5 MONTHS.

There could have been a new company that just approached VPLM last Friday, pushing new discussions out. Who knows. Everytime a new company comes into the picture though, it would push the timeline out.

The point is this. The PR that came out ages ago, simply stated that they were approached by Fortune 500 company. We don’t know if there are still talking to this same Fortune 500 company. We don’t know if a DIFFERENT fortune 500 company has approached them since that PR. We basically know nothing today, from that PR.
