I use charts

but not as the only tool, technical's are mostly lagging indicators but powerful for anticipating setups, trends, supply demand etc. I don't use charts on anything low liquidity or OTC flippers. DUST/NUGT are somewhat proportionate to the baskets you mentioned, but agree, charting ETFs is not a slam dunk or perfect science. Speaking of sciences, with you on implant, hold/accum with risk allocation, very good odds of price appreciation.
