nice opinion ed20332. correct me if i'm wrong, but i thought you were allowed to conduct research with products up until you show intent to commercialize the product which you allegedly infringe. TRCA filed their lawsuit right after INSM submitted for approval (which shows intent), if i'm not mistaken. so under this assumption, the length of time insm was working with IGF-1 is irrevelant?
