Starman, This is classic example. Many here are pinning their hopes on this distribution. What they fail to understand is that this distribution above has nothing to do with the Lehman LBHI BK procedure/liquidation. This action referenced is for the SIPA LEHman (LBI) bankruptcy.

To be clear, LBHI does have a relatively small approved claim against the LBI. Any distribution from LBI to LBHI will be distributed to LBHI creditors by priority as layed out in the POR.

I don't think that is true. This is the LBI payment which will be sending some of that money to LBHI as an unsecured creditor but not to us. Our payment should come from LBHI's October distribution.
