Holy smokes. Doesn't paint a very good picture, does it...

I worked at TelVue full-time for less than a year

Pros

Small company with lots of flexability. Casual atmosphere.

Cons

Company burned through all of its cash in 6months. How it is still alive is amazing.

Executive management is questionable at best. In-fighting is prevalent and the CEO backs away from all conflict.

Good IT engineers are forced to man a help desk 24x7x365 and are expected to know every minute detail of a customer's configuration.

Advice to Management

Stop looking for the "next great hotness" and get some FOCUS. Deliver on your promises to customers, rather than promising solutions that the company does not yet have.

Focus on core values and put the rest aside. Stop taking it in the rear from your customers and get a backbone. Stop giving away EVERYTHING for free when a customer raises a complaint.

Very Interesting. You don't happen to know this former directors name do you ?? TelVue has had three that I know of in the last 16 years. Which one is this.
Let's see Frank is dead. Never wan't to say anything bad about the dead. He's dead. Good.
Then there was Joe Murphy who owns a ton of TelVue stock and last but not least is Jesse . Which one was it ??
