PPHM has K&L Gates working for them and the Patent on PS is as water tight as a Frogs Rear. Everyone should be shaking in their boots.

If a public company can remain open and running for 30+ years with no positive revenue, with a whopping PPS of $1.56 even with a 1:5 reverse split less than 5 years ago, then I am sure Management would be more than content on running the company for another decade while fighting lawsuits.
