#4422 RE: Telephonics #4421

Telephonics: Sorry, You're wrong again

Anyone reading my post can plainly see that I did not say that I was the only one that new about Kerik. I said NO ONE (Not even ME) knew about Kirik until AFTER I HAD PURCHASED DFTS. I was merely pointing out my dumb luck.

Below are the message board posting about the subject. You can see that the information about Kirik did not start until the INVESTIGATIVE article first surfaced on December 15, 2004.

So, no amount of small time investor's DD would have found out about this before the INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER found out about it.

The first post from December 10, 2004 shows the excitement over Kirik being nominated to Homeland Security. The post has links (some obsolete now) that ties Kirik to DFTS. The second post, also from December 10, 2004 talks about the Phil Verges Roadshow for NMKT and DFTS.

The first HINT of problems with Kirik came on December 13, 2004 with the third post talking about an article to be pulish THE NEXT MONDAY (15th?).

I'm tempted to use that ignore feature provided by iHub.

Huge publicity coming this way. They're going to grill Kerik next week, and the week after that, and the week after that.

TASR deal is on the surface. That was expected. Right underneath is DFTS, the only other publicly traded company
Kerik worked with. So DFTS is next: news articles, analysts, tabloids. Why? Because this goes all the way to the WHITE HOUSE. Look closely at the AP article below- the White House comments on it.

10 million traded on DFTS the first 3 days after the nomination are only scratching the surface. A New York Times or Wall Street Journal story will draw 10-100 TIMES THAT, and that is a fact proven over and over again.

Read the AP story again and see how they are digging: "bullet proof materials" DFTS is in the 3rd paragragh. In is not a matter of IF, but WHEN it goes to the top paragraph, if not the FRONT PAGE.

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=512&ncid=703&e=8&u=/ap/20041209/ap_o....

Now do a google search in how many sites that AP story appeared: DOZENS. TASR is up 4-5% today alone on speculations. And again, the next story will be on
DFTS, because they are the next biggest one(and they are directly in the Homeland Security business).

DFTS Homeland Security/Kerik Connection road show next Monday, Tues., and Wednesday. Anything can happen, and probably will. Philip Verges has got the shiny BRAND-STANKIN NEW DFTS nuts in hand and shopping them around...
and they do look pretty.

"Look what I got! Want some, sign right here, and you too can get a piece of this Kerik Connection"

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, NMKT bagholders are abandoned and out in the cold with a bunch of Chinese pseudo-deals and a big year-end dumpoff.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 2004--NewMarket Technology Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT - News) and Defense Technology Systems (OTCBB:DFTS - News) today announced that Philip Verges, CEO of NewMarket Technology, will present at Friedland Capital's Homeland Security and Defense Luncheon Series in the following cities:

Kerik media blitz and hysteria not over, especially in NYC.

With or without Kerik at Homeland Defense, Kerik is coming out bigger than ever. Already got his job back with Giuliani:
http://www.newsday.com/news/nationworld/nation/nyc-ker1213,0,5399440.story?coll=ny-top-headlines

The drudge report will not be on DFTS though, that was some guy who donated $20k to Kerik's wedding in 1998, and later got busted in a mob-related penny stock pump and dump scheme.

DFTS was indeed mentioned in the NY Post:

http://www.nypost.com/business/36308.htm

Meanwhile, Kerik went to work in November of 2003 as an outside advisor to a Hauppauge, Long Island penny stock company called Dataworld Systems, Inc., which several months later signed a distribution deal with Georal to market the Queens' company's security products.

Dataworld has since changed its name to Defense Technology Systems Inc.

http://www.nypost.com/business/32731.htm

In late October, Kerik abruptly submitted a resignation letter as an adviser to the firm, Hauppauge-based Defense Technology Systems Inc., failing thereafter to return phone calls asking for an explanation, said the company's chief operating and finance officer, Philip Rauch.

Three weeks later, Kerik returned certificates for 400,000 shares of stock and the surrender of a slew of options he'd been granted by the firm, Rauch said.

Rauch said no one at Defense Technology has any idea why Kerik cut ties to the company, except perhaps in the hope of distancing himself from its association with a Queens-based security-door company, Georal Inc., if questions about that company should have come up at his confirmation hearings.

In late October, Georal's owner, Alan Risi pleaded guilty to submitting inflated and excessive invoices to the city under various contracts, and is scheduled for sentencing this Friday.

(snip)

People familiar with his role said Kerik did attend meetings that resulted in a deal that made Defense Technology a distributor of Georal's security products.

Rauch said he does not know what role, if any, Kerik may have played in facilitating the deal with Risi's company, but he does say he knows "from principals at Georal," that Kerik's deal with Defense Technology Systems was "very similar" to an arrangement he had with Georal owner Risi. Georal lawyer Pryor said he knows of no such arrangement.
