so, what are they waiting for?
Being that far there would be nothing holding them back to progress as fast as possible now, right? Only reason for them to not move forward now must be that they just don't intend and never had to move forward to final certification IMO.

the FAA has to pass you on Phase2
, Phase 3, Phase4 you will be asked to correct any discrepancies found and provide proper documentation.....which you have not been
to good at.........maybee Kalitta can help you there LOL
