At that exact time, Troy Covey was desperately trying to do a reverse merger with Fast Eddie Vakser's Protek Capital [PRPM]. That waste of effort went on from mid August- mid Dec 2013 before collapsing. A PR is always entertaining no matter how small the likelyhood of it becoming reality.
