Actually, if you take the time to read/study the comments from the SEC , it shows they are happy with the steps SMKY is taking to complete it's audit, and offered advice, and help on a few things needed to be amended with previous filings. And if you look up SMKY on the SEC website, you'll see that the company is filing, and has given direction to the public, the SEC, and all other interested parties concerning the company. The lawyers have discussed the current situation with SEC attorneys, and the company is being allotted the time needed to complete it's audit. Everything is transparent. You are only seeing, or expecting something to happen a certain way in your own mind, that has no basis to how things actually are, or have to be. According to today's filing the audit will be completed by 11/7- with the SEC's blessing, though I expect it to be completed in early October.

Malc, I'm not sure what you expect to find when they file the 10ksb. I think it will show the main problem has been limited funds. It is expensive to file, and now they are have stated filing is on the way. While you seem to have lost all trust in the CEO, many of us just see a company that has needed funding to move forward.

so everything they've filed lately doesn't matter? I'm sorry maybe I don't understand this so well, because the information I gleaned was from what you provided this board, and I interpret it differently. I'm just defending my investment, because I believe the company has the right intent for shareholders, still perhaps my timeline is a little off on some of the structural things mentioned. I don't even know when full production starts, and wasn't invited to Iowa. I just use the news provided in the PRs, and believe that these things will be so, and that SMKY will do real well as a company. All I will suggest is that people do their own DD, and come to their conclusions, like we have, albeit oppositely. There are never any guarantees in life, sometimes we put our faith in things, and get carried away because we want it to be true. So I hope it is, and that we all do well.
