It is simple. The shareholder base sucks and MDMN sucks at increasing it. They should have employed a top notch PR firm to do an email blast of all this news.

Without being argumentative, I think it is more simple.

This company has completely lost all credibility, and doesn't matter to anyone outside of the various discussion blogs. Prior fiascos, and continued amateur hour demonstrations is not going to entice new money. The only big volume days in the last 6 months were (imho) quasi-insiders speculating on a "Letts" bump.

Nothing real or sustainable happens here until we've got third parties opining about our assets in proper, industry-standard format. And that is months off.

Sorry for the cold dose of reality, but that's the way things stand, again, IMHO. FWIW, I ain't selling until we find out if the Lettses are "buyers or liars"... ;-)
