Then one gets to guess, when the game of chicken ends, and it's time to sell, or complete the flip trade. Everyone gets to compete for the limited retail bids with the insiders.
Yeah I can see where it's Weeeeeee! You don't need an OTC filing to play the chicken in the middle of the road trading game. Just need a few fluffy PRs, to excite the so called retail "investors" to buy in order to complete the flip trade. Then it's dry, rinse, wash - play it again!
