Actually you are incorrect...he has 3 day's grace after the 90 since it was weekend/ holiday....I called the OTC this morning...the stop sign is not in error if he had filed an OTC form instead of a SEC.The only thing that will lift it is the K or the ANNUAL as you stated...I know about the the 15-12g but the OTC paper work clearly calls it an ( K )
