Everybody knows that this thing is a scam with a new name but nothing changed. It still run by Rick Wilson and his cohorts and all they know is how make shares from a thin air and sell them at anything anybody offers. No more takers and share price and, most importantly, volume reflects it. TWO POSSIBLE SCENARIOS-NO BID OR SEC HALT WITH POSSIBLE CHARGES on various and multiple counts. All of them know it and that is why they don't even bother to file OTC report due any more. Nothing else left here. IT IS OVER HERE. imo

No it means the Chinese Masters believe since retail "investors" in this herd are excited about a new ticker-name, then why bother with an OTC filing?

One starts with an OTC filer, where it would be interesting to see what kind of valuation was attached to the Nations acquisition, and the stock dilution attached to it. Assuming the Chinese Masters thought it was worth stating. Instead they are mocking the retail "investors": We gave ya a new ticker symbol. Don't need no stinkin OTC filing! Yeah... LMFAO!

Maybe after another month or whenever they get around to it, they will file something, showing $0.00 revenues, and more debt. But first, they need to crank up a fluffy PR or few, another paid promo, and continue the dump. Admitting to more debt, and $0.00 revenues after a dump is better than admitting to it, before the dump. Sure hope, they are careful on those PRs. They are already skating on thin ice.
