Here's a thought, Google maybe not the consumer electronic giant, maybe that's why the tweets where removed so not to mislead us. Google is only just getting into consumer electronics when compared to companies like Samsung, LG, HTC, Sony, Apple etc... Those might even be better choices when thinking of a consumer electronic "giant".

However, Google's most recent phone I believe is an LG and they are making a real go of entering the consumer electronics market. Also if it is Google then likely they'd outsource manufacturing which would tie into the COO/EPGL agreement. COO just bought a new manufacturing plant after all.
