You are. Right . It takes time and even more time if cash is lacking. It took 7 years and $12 million dollars for southwest wind power to bring a turbine that can power an apartment to market. GE spent a lot of fund and years on sometimes small design changes. I think you might have heard another member of Investorr's Hub mention it before.
