So in essence, if they view this company to be worth $2 Billion and the shareprice is at say $6 - they would come in around low $20's?

See, I always thought it would be at a premium (ususally between 95 - 102%) of where PPS was trading at around that time of the offer. I STILL WOULD VOTE NO TO ANY r/s. Release a PR then release the dragons !!!

** I would really enjoy reading what other posters have to say on this topic. Let's open it up (and yes I do get the r/s concept - lower o/s shares while increasing PPS)
