Yes, you are correct. The higher PPS they use ATM at (for common shares), the better.

CP, what would push PPHM to be a $5-10 stock in the near future? Just curious on your thoughts because you seem to elude that partnership is not as close as some may wish. We seem to be stuck at $300M market cap. $5-10 PPS would put us in the $1-2B range.
