Brokers are incorrect. SOS WY was just updated and has the A/S at 1.8 billion. This is the most up-to-date number due to $EVDR just recently submitted an amendment to get it corrected from a previous mistake. O/S is just shy of 1bill. Fillings are from 6/30/14.
What this means for us as shareholders is that the new CEO has little room to dilute (even though I'm VERY confident he has other funding already). He would need to raise the A/S which we would all see.
The SS is tight and already in the float. What you see is what you get and if you watch the L2 it is clear the float is GONE!
