Just think. Management realized exactly what you've stated. I'm disappointed by a few things, but I know management isn't lazy. They are working their tail off for shares they have been granted. Do you not think the share price sinking doesn't have an effect on then. The fact that they have issued so few shares for employee compensation tells me those that are working for shares would be doing what they can to obtain their goals. They have a ton of balls in the air right now and are running a skeleton crew and not paying out borrowed cash in payroll. You have to keep it in some perspective when setting expectations, or comparing to other companies with toxic debt and growing O/S. They also are not paying themselves big share bonuses like another stock I'm in that is bleeding.

I was hoping for a little more with 2.5, but if 3.0 is a significant step up and also just around the corner, then it makes more sense.

Here's what I can think of for balls in the air. I'm sure I'm missing some.

Sept presentation (if they are planning to have one)

Q1 10q

S1 - although that has been submitted it is still in the air.

New vitacig e-juice

New vitacig atomizer

3.0

Mastermind

Liqcig

Increased inside sales efforts to bring in retail and dispensaries

Vitacig van schedule and social media updates

Bringing more vitacig vans online

Media

Marketing - billboards and working with celeb endorsers to coordinated efforts

Inventory management

Fulfillment - I assume they are still managing this internally or we would have seen a pr

Ongoing R&D

Vendor management and negotiations

PR

Customer service

Dom juice (wishful thinking, but if they are pursuing it, add it to the mix of balls)

There are lots coming down the pike and they are growing at a slow steady pace. They will reach a point where they can afford to bring more people on and execute more quickly. When that happens, you will be looking at one of, if not the only company to do it without toxic debt. Think of the position of strength they will be working from at that point.

What I'm looking for is continued vision from Paul. They have been tight lipped, aside from the Verge rebuttal. I'd out because they are sitting on there hands and don't know what to do next, it is it because they are working their tails off and we'll hear from them soon on what new developments they have in store for us?
