Arent you at least a bit surprised that Natario originally would even say the year end financials for end of August 31st would be done on August 31st.? And audited as well! Who can do that?
I would agree with that - unless they have no real activity. Even with no activity the Auditor would need to have things done in advance and planned for a quick turnaround - if that happens we really have gold - if not don't worry its normal - we want footnotes and other disclosures if this is real.....
As an accountant how often were you late getting your customers work back to the because of you? If you were good, not often. Point being that if the stuff was late getting back to your customers, most often it was because of some slip up of theirs. That was my experience with the cpa firm I worked with. So then it is my opinion that if the cpa hasn't finished it is likely something joel did or didn't do. Yet he is pushing blame on cpa?? doesn't wash. jmo
