While I can see the state attorneys taking up to the last day to file a reply to John Bourque's attorney, so that John Bourque will twist in the farting wind, it make no sense that he didn't file his reply two days after receiving their reply so that a quick in time turn around would happen and shorten the time to a final resolution that he hopes is a prison release. Perhaps he had the option of not doing a regular reply that would show up on the court web site and accept conditions of the state's reply directly that has a set of conditions to determine a shorten prison sentence and probation period after release. If so, the rather than a 2017 release it may now be 2015 or 2016. If as some predict, that something will happen this year or next in regards to the criminal activity started years ago prior to the Global/BORK merger, then I'm thinking that it will not prevent Bourques Industries from continuing and play the Kryron scam again, as new and most likely old crooks take charge. If so I guess it depends if they have massive BORK holdings needing to be dumped.
