Yes, just what we were waiting for. It is exciting to know that so many things are marked done and they must have done wonders to our stock price since we are at $1.57. Once more items get marked done I am sure we will launch into the $1.60's. Hopefully we will get more timely updates but for now as Crazy Eddie use to say these prices are insane!

26. A really huge catalyst would be an early approval of Bavi in the second line NSCLC indication because of a DMC decision based on exceptional results, or early approval based on the first or second event based look-ins!

Thanks for the list Dia and I've been talking about the possibility of some form of blood test as a surrogate endpoint for quite some time now. One of Peregrines KOL's, Dmitry Gabrilovich, has spent most of his research on MDSC's and I do believe that blood test will have some type of direct correlation with MDSC's:

Myeloid cells are the most abundant nucleated haematopoietic cells in the human body and are a collection of distinct cell populations with many diverse functions. The three groups of terminally differentiated myeloid cells — macrophages, dendritic cells and granulocytes — are essential for the normal function of both the innate and adaptive immune systems. Mounting evidence indicates that the tumour microenvironment alters myeloid cells and can convert them into potent immunosuppressive cells. Here, we consider myeloid cells as an intricately connected, complex, single system and we focus on how tumours manipulate the myeloid system to evade the host immune response.

Hematopoietic cells

Those cells that are lodged within the bone marrow, and which are responsible for producing the cells which circulate in the blood (red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets).

Or sometimes if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it is simply a duck.
