No one, it's a T trade. A trade that occurred during normal hours but gets reported after hours. We've seen these for a while, don't know what it means for sure but best guess it is dilution. Never know, maybe someone loading up.
I don't know anyone who has gotten 4's at all, seems like only the mm's get them.
