I can't wrap my head around it either. I'm sure the company had a reason that made sense to them at the time they made the decision. I choose to load up on this company because they have found a niche in the market that should make them a lot of cash. They have a view of the big picture which is why they are not just focusing on the US. IMO I see a share consolidation once they begin to bring in some steady revenue.
The A/S doesn't determine the price the O/S does. The O/S is still small here, that's why this moves so quickly when the ask starts getting slapped. We just have people flipping for a couple ticks here that we need to get rid of and the only way to do that is hold on to our shares and slap the ask. This is trading too low, should be trading above .01.
