B2L: You seem to think that LYAMEC should be "working" with GFCI to effect changes. That Dial having a controlling interest in Grifco made their PR mute. I am not sure I agree with you. 1. Lyamec may have been trying to effect change for awhile "quietly" before the PR. The PR was the next/last step. 2. While Dial has the controlling interest, Lyamec is the force behind the Libya business - and as Dial said - a big part of Grifco business thrust going forward. My translation: Lyamec is a required party in Grifco in Libya. 3. It is not clear that Dial would have done anything without being publicly called out. In fact, history tells us that a previous spat was made public before resolution.
