That's kind of what I said. The CN holders will convert on a low pps and sell on any rally, thereby effectively killing it.

As for a R/S that's inevitable, but the sooner the better because in addition to signaling the probable end of dilution, it makes the stock palatable to institutions which are needed if the pps is to ever go anywhere.

Until then it's simply a trading stock.
