Annual and Current Updates are set forth below.

You would think they would be pleased to follow the OTCM Guidelines for adequate disclosure and include subsequent events in the publish disclosure that the acquisition has actually closed.

However, the issuer decided not to comply with the disclosure guidelines and update under subsequent events any material event that would cause the report to no longer be accurate.
