QASP has been loosing value for the past 3 months. It could spike with Florida passing med pot in the fall. I think it might fail in spite of what is written this time. In 2016, look for it to pass. If it does pass, the anti pot domino's will fall quickly. Every state now wants the potential tax revenue that Colorado is experiencing.
