just told some friends about this play... this has some massive potential!

The Aug 30th buyout date (as mentioned in the recent 8k) from the
C.K. Williams Group is set to close on or by Sept 8th 2014. There may
be some changes to the final buyout agreement that will differ from
the original one that had been proposed, hence the slight delay in the
timeframe.
